Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

Note:
Due to the nature of ethnic and customized garments, we do not accept returns for size issues, color variation, dislike of product, or change of mind.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees with fall/pico done

  • Stitched blouses, altered products

  • Custom-made or pre-order items

  • Sale/discounted products

3. Refund Process

  • After verification, refunds are issued as:

     

    • Bank refund (depends on issue)

     

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to credit in source account after approval.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product received was defective/wrong.

  • Same item replacement is subject to availability.

  • exchanges / replacement will be delivered in 7-10 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they are not packed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
