Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
Note:
Due to the nature of ethnic and customized garments, we do not accept returns for size issues, color variation, dislike of product, or change of mind.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sarees with fall/pico done

Stitched blouses, altered products

Custom-made or pre-order items

Sale/discounted products
3. Refund Process

After verification, refunds are issued as:

Bank refund (depends on issue)

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to credit in source account after approval.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only if:

The product received was defective/wrong.

Same item replacement is subject to availability.
- exchanges / replacement will be delivered in 7-10 days.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they are not packed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
